The Book of Light's herbal encyclopedia presents gardening, magical and healing information on over 150 herbs in easy to read outline form. The list of herbs grew so long that it needed to be broken down into three sections, you will find the links in the menu to the left.
Though this should be common sense, I would be remiss not to mention it as warning to those who think that because herbs are natural they are, in turn, 100% safe. Medicinal information is presented as general knowledge only and not as a recommendation for self-administration of herbs in place of proper medical care. Health is the greatest assest we have, do not use herbs medicinally without first consulting a qualified professional, be it a western medical doctor or fully qualified alternative care provider.
